2. Acceptance of Terms
Accessing or using the site constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
3. Intellectual Property
All content (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by Magna Plumeria or its partners and protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy or reuse without permission.
4. Use of Our Services
- You confirm information provided is accurate and complete.
- You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
- You will not misuse the site or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity.
5. Orders, Prices & Payments
- Orders are offers to buy and are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Prices include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of obvious pricing errors or suspected fraud.
- Payments are processed securely by third-party providers. We do not store card details.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout; delays may occur due to external factors.
- Customer is responsible for providing an accurate address. We are not liable for loss/delay due to incorrect addresses.
- Risk passes to you on delivery to the address provided.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Distance Sales – 14 Days)
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you have a legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods, without giving any reason.
- To exercise the right, inform us via the Contact Us page within 14 days. You may use a clear statement; a model form is provided below.
- You must send back the goods within 14 days of notifying withdrawal.
- Refunds are made within 14 days of your notice, but we may withhold until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of return.
- If you chose a more expensive delivery method than the least costly standard delivery, any refund of delivery costs will be limited to the standard cost.
- Unless we state otherwise here, the cost of return shipping is borne by you.
- You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
8. Cosmetics Hygiene Exception
- For health and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed cosmetic products that are not suitable for return once the seal has been broken after delivery.
- If the hygiene seal is intact, you may return within the 14-day period according to Section 7.
- If a cosmetic item has been opened/unsealed, we may refuse the return under the hygiene exception. At our sole discretion, we may offer an exchange or a credit note as a goodwill gesture where appropriate.
9. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Credit Notes
- To start a return, contact us via Contact Us and include your order number and the items you wish to return.
- Items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories and any hygiene seals intact (where applicable).
- After inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Where a full refund is not appropriate (e.g., diminished value), a partial refund or credit note may be issued.
- Credit notes (store credit) may be provided in cases where an exchange is preferred or as a goodwill solution, subject to validity terms communicated at issuance.
9A. Credit Notes (Store Credit)
- Credit notes are single-use and can be redeemed only once against a new order on magnaplumeria.com.
- Only one credit note may be applied per order; multiple credit notes cannot be combined.
- If the credit note value exceeds the order total, any unused balance is forfeited and will not be carried over, refunded, or exchanged.
- Credit notes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
10. Faulty or Non-Conforming Goods (Legal Guarantee)
Your statutory rights remain unaffected. If a product is faulty, not as described, or lacks conformity, you have legal remedies (repair, replacement, price reduction or refund). The EU provides a minimum guarantee period of 2 years for consumer goods. Contact us via Contact Us with details and proof of purchase.
11. User Conduct
- Do not post false/misleading content or engage in abusive, discriminatory, or illegal behavior.
- Do not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the website or its security.
- We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
12. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, except where liability cannot be limited or excluded by law. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction. Consumers may also use EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR): ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
